Returns Policy

We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Golden Leaf Uniforms.

Change of Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, we accept returns or exchanges subject to the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be returned to Golden Leaf Uniforms Warehouse in Sydney, with return shipping prepaid by the customer.
• The return must be requested within 7 days of the original invoice date.
• Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Merchandise must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during return delivery.
• Made-to-Order merchandise, discontinued items and clearance items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Faulty or Defective Merchandise

If you believe merchandise is faulty or defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the original invoice number or other reasonable proof of purchase.

Faulty or defective merchandise will be assessed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Our change-of-mind conditions do not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please Note: The original invoice number or other reasonable proof of purchase must be supplied before a claim can be assessed.
